In order to realize the vision and carry out the mission and duties and functions of Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport - Aceh Besar, a reference for service delivery is needed, including but not limited to various aspects related to airport service activities and airport-related services, security activities, safety and flight order, then to support these tasks and functions it is also necessary to make reference for service delivery so as to improve performance in providing quality services. The demand for performance accountability requires that Airport improve its effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its performance goals, including performance in service activities. As an effort to guarantee the quality of service and also optimize the success of the activities that have been carried out, it is necessary to develop a Service Standard at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport - Aceh Besar as mandated in Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.
